Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Shipping carrier is USPS (United Postal Service). 
  • Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-10 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout. 
  • Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 7-21 business day (or even longer)  Once your international order leaves the United States, you will be unable to track your order with the tracking number provided to you. Bounce Curl is not responsible for any custom fees imposed by your Country for international shipping and delivery. 
  • If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If the address you provided is incorrect, and and items are returned to Bounce Curl, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Our Refund Policy covers products within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund the cost of shipping under any circumstances.
  • We do not return any items that were bought on sale (combo or kits). We can exchange a product that is un-opened. 
  • Only regularly priced items qualify for a refund; unfortunately sale items are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns for our Micro-Fiber towel or open Botanical Tea or Hair Vitamins. 
  • In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are available and these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 


    Processing a Refund (when applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    Late or missing refunds (when applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchange of Items (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a replacement item, send us an email at info@BounceCurl.com and send your item to: 1611 W Whispering Wind Drive Phoenix Arizona US 85085. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


    Shipping Your Return or Exchange

  • To process a return, you should ship your product to: 1611 W Whispering Wind Drive Suite 1 Phoenix Arizona US 85085
  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for returned items until they have been delivered to us; a trackable shipping service will be able to provide you with proof of delivery should there be a problem.
