The new year is just around the corner and many of us are already thinking about changes we want to institute as the calendar turns over to 2019!
It's well known that exercise can be good for both your physical and mental health. It is good for your muscles and bones, can increase your energy levels, and reduce your risk for chronic illness. Research shows that exercise can improve brain function and protect memory and thinking skills....
Gels always do WAYYY better in my hair than a cream does. When I ONLY put a hair gel in my hair, I get ultimate volume & curl definition. Whenever I put a hair cream on my hair, my curls get weighed down easily and frizzy; the gel is too heavy for my curls or too oily (making my scalp show).
Is this the same for everybody? Absolutely not......
