I’ve used these gummies previously, and I would see instant less hair shedding in the next hair wash. My nails grow like crazy too. I decided to try again because it has been sold out for a long time. I saw instant less hair shedding in my next wash, no joke. I am reminded why I love these gummies.

I received a free bag of these with an order and tucked straight on! They are incredibly delicious and it’s hard to limit myself to two but I did and took the whole months worth. My skin looks fresher and my nails have stopped flaking. I’m looking forward to them being back in stock!
